The City of Santa Cruz is scheduled to close access to the Railroad Trestle Bridge in order to install a transducer and associated components beginning Wednesday, March 7, through Thursday, March 8.
This project will permit measurements of river level and tidal surge needed as part of the City’s flood control work by sending an ultrasonic signal that bounces off the water and back.
The construction schedule is predicated on clear weather; any changes will be posted on the City website at www.cityofsantacruz.com.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates the public’s cooperation.
